Hi, all.

It’s been a crap week; I wanted to reach out and send a virtual hug, should you care to accept it.

And I also want to remind you that what you’re doing in Arizona is ABSOLUTELY CRITICAL to our stopping the GOP’s momentum in November. Of all of the states I have “adoption” programs for, I think AZ is possibly the most critical.

So thank you, thank you, thank you for the work you’re doing.

Speaking of which, on Wednesday, May 18th, 7:00 - 8:30 PM PDT a few Indivisible groups are co-sponsoring a fundraiser—but you don’t have to give!— for the Northeast Arizona Native Democrats, a grassroots organization that uses deep canvassing and relational organizing to engage, register and mobilize indigenous voters in three northeastern counties of Arizona.

Their Family Votes Program focuses on recruiting and training matriarchs from the Navajo, White Mountain Apache, and Hopi sovereign lands to register their own families and neighbors. What they’re doing is TRULY amazing.

Attendees will come away from this event with a deeper knowledge of this very "blue" but overlooked region of Arizona. And maybe some ways to help! 😉
