Hey, Team Arizona!
Less than three weeks to go, and AZ could not be closer. According to 538 polls, Trump is up by 1.6%, and the most important Congressional races (AZ-1 and AZ-6) remain tossups. So, let’s get to work.
First up, The Union Team AZ has a great calendar for upcoming actions, where you can find the canvassing, phonebanking, or events that best fit your schedule. Team Arizona also has their weekend of action coming up- it starts tomorrow! Here’s the schedule:
Friday (Oct. 18):
Meet and Greet with Joe Walsh at 4 Peaks Brewery (1340 E. 8th Street #104 Tempe, AZ) 6-9pm. Sign up here.
Saturday (Oct. 19):
3:30-5pm Town Hall with Young AZ Democrats on ASU campus with Joe Walsh (tentative event; still waiting on commitment of Young Democrats)
Sunday (Oct. 20):
9am-2pm Canvassing with Kirsten Engel’s (Congressional District 6 candidate) campaign. Register here for this event.
You could also spend your weekend canvassing with Car Pools for Kamala in support of Dems up and down the ballot. Sign up for a shift any time on Saturday or Sunday in Marana, North Tucson, Central Tucson, or East Tucson. No canvassing experience needed!
Lastly, let us not forget that Vote Forward still has an active letter writing campaign in AZ!!! Click here to check it out- all letters have to go out by October 29, so send ASAP.

We need to flip the U.S. House so we’ll have the majority in at least one chamber of Congress, to act as a check against Trump’s extremist agenda. Holding the Senate majority is going to be tough — with Democrats defending the seven closest seats — making the battle for the House a must-win.
