Hey, Team AZ!
Well, we’re exactly two weeks out from Election Day... If you need a reminder of why Arizona is an absolutely crucial state and/or why the work you’re doing is insanely important, here’s a great summary of that from Swing Blue Alliance:
With 11 electoral votes, Arizona is crucial to securing a Harris/Walz victory.
The U.S. Senate seat, formerly held by Kyrsten Sinema, is up for grabs. Let’s take it back!
We have two flippable House seats: AZ-01 and AZ-06.
The State Senate and State Legislature are each within two seats of Democratic control.
And, perhaps most critically, abortion is on the ballot—a top issue for 1 in 8 voters.
So, with that in mind, here are a few things you can do:
Swing Blue Alliance will be canvassing in Maricopa County, and are in need of more volunteers! Fill out this form with your availability, and they’ll be in touch with details on logistics and training. For those of you who live far away, SBA will work to accommodate you and make sure you find transportation and lodging– all you have to do is fill out the form!!!

It will tell you everything you need to know from the top to the bottom of the ballot, and provide recommendations from a well researched, progressive perspective. For bonus points, SHARE THIS WITH YOUR FRIENDS AND FAMILY!
Lastly, you can still write letters with Vote Forward! The deadline for sending these is October 29, and their AZ voter turnout campaign has a lot of addresses left. We’re in the final stretch, so do what you can!

Hi Jess, I'm glad you're taking some time to recharge your batteries in the wake of this shocking defeat. Although we're facing a frightening and unknown future with Trump as president elect, I feel resolved and ready to be mobiized for whatever comes next. It is too soon to know what that will look like and we all need to lick our wounds and fortify ourselves with family, connections, and life's many modest pleasures right now. But know that you have been SOO influential in preparing an army of foot soldiers dedicated to fight the good fight--to look for opportunities to influence the political scene and do what we can to protect the most vulnerable among us. I feel heartened to know that there are so many of us now.
